3) Must have one year stable rent history with good references.

4) Reasonable credit with good references.

5) Must be out of bankruptcy with successful discharged for at least 1 year.

6) Must be willing to work 300-400 hours of sweat equity to help with the construction of homes (usually Saturdays—about 20 hours per month).

7) Must be able to pay a $800 down payment within one year.

8) Must be a US Citizen or legal resident.

9) There are income guidelines you'll need to meet as well for the household size. You need to make a minumum of $12,000. Please call the office for more information regarding this requirement.
